Kill two birds with one stone

This simile describes achieving two goals at the same time using a singular effort. E.g. "If we do these at the same time we can kill two birds with one stone."
Why it matters
This language may not be inclusive of vegan colleagues as it references violence against non-human animals. Veganism is recognised as a philosophical belief and is protected by the Equality Act 2010.
Instead try saying:
Feed two birds with one scone
Do two things at once
