Tallest Dwarf
Used to describe something that, whilst not particularly good, is better than the other options.
Why it matters
Dwarfism, another term for Restricted Growth, is defined as a shortness in height that may be due to a genetic or medical reason. As such, describing something as the 'tallest dwarf' implies that people who are little are in someway not as good as people who are taller. This is a non-inclusive and offensive phrase.
